UL3352 is a UL-certified single-conductor wire insulated with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE). Rated for 125°C and 600V, this wire is designed for internal wiring in electronic and electrical equipment where heat resistance, voltage stability, and flame performance are critical.


Key Features

  • Conductor: Solid or stranded bare or tinned copper, available in sizes from 26 AWG to 4 AWG

  • Insulation: Extruded XLPE with a minimum average thickness of 30 mils (0.76 mm) for 26–9 AWG and 45 mils (1.14 mm) for 8–4 AWG

  • Temperature Rating: Up to 125°C

  • Voltage Rating: 600V 

  • Flame Resistance: Passes horizontal flame test requirements

  • Standards: Complies with UL 758 Appliance Wiring Material (AWM) Style 3352
