UL3272 is a UL-certified single-conductor wire insulated with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE). Rated for 125°C and 600V, this wire is designed for internal wiring in electronic and electrical equipment where high heat resistance, voltage stability, and flame performance are critical.

  • Conductor: Solid or stranded bare or tinned copper, available in sizes from 26 AWG to 4 AWG

  • Insulation: Extruded XLPE with a nominal thickness of 0.76 mm (30 mils) for 26-9 AWG and 1.14 mm (45 mils) for 8-4 AWG

  • Temperature Rating: Up to 125°C

  • Voltage Rating: 600V AC / 750V DC

  • Flame Resistance: Passes UL Horizontal Flame Test (UL 1581 VW-1)

  • Environmental Compliance: RoHS and REACH compliant, halogen-free
