UL3351 is a UL-certified single-conductor wire insulated with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE). Rated for 125°C and 600V, this wire is designed for internal wiring in electronic and electrical equipment where heat resistance, voltage stability, and flame performance are critical.

  • Conductor: Solid or stranded bare or tinned copper, available in sizes from 30 AWG to 4/0 AWG

  • Insulation: Extruded XLPE with a minimum thickness of 0.82 mm for smaller gauges and up to 2.07 mm for larger gauges

  • Temperature Rating: Up to 125°C

  • Voltage Rating: 600V 

  • Flame Resistance: Passes horizontal flame test requirements
